Translate the brand compass into brand activities including creating marketing plans to increase brand awareness and ensuring brand presence in our various channels
Develop a strategic plan to grow brand awareness/advocacy & drive incremental exposure for our key products while bringing brand DNA to life
Shape and implement marketing projects, including partnering with other commercial teams on specific initiatives, in support of brand objectives
Lead initiative and influence brand strategy and growth opportunity recommendations leveraging customer, consumer and brand data and insights
Analyze and review brand and competitive performance to offer recommendations to increase effectiveness of plans and identify opportunities for growth
Represent marketing within their cross functional teams against the development and deployment of key brand initiatives and activations
Monitor brand expenditures and manage the advertising, campaigns and broader marketing budget
Scope, plan, and deliver external and internal assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers, market trends, and implications to the area of responsibility
Conduct post evaluation of activities, extracting insights to develop lessons learned and recommend changes for future brand activit
Experience
Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising.
Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, with good understanding and exposure in various marketing channels
Substantial experience in marketing activation / brand campaign execution
Proven experience managing and developing a small team

Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong business mindset
Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening). This includes ability to give effective presentations to all levels of management
