Our Client:

Our client is a real estate developer. They are actively looking for a Building Executive to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

• Active work participation to ensure efficient and smooth operation of M&E matters relating to the building
• To review and manage all fit-out/renovation and reinstatement works, drawings and plans submitted by the tenants, and ensure that the works are conducted by the building's rules and regulations
• To handle matters related to fire, plumbing / sanitary, ACMV electrical systems, and other building systems
• Plan, supervise, inspect, audit, and certify works carried out by the contractors
• Oversee and manage the capital expenditures such as proposal, budgeting, call to evaluate tenders and manage the implementation of projects
• Source for quotations, recommend, prepare & issue Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for procurements and implement improvement works
• Manage Tenant's requests for facilities services and assist in overseeing all facilities upgrading projects
• Conduct regular inspection of building and facilities to ensure that building facilities are in satisfactory and serviceable condition and where necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendation
• Manage and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents, and materials about the building
• To prepare the tenant's monthly utility consumption reports
• Assist in developing and implementing operating procedures and cost control initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance, and operating cost

The Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in a M&E related field
• With Proptech knowledge and experience would be a bonus
• 5 years of experience in Commercial Building
