Seeking a dedicated and personable individual as a Building Supervisor/Concierge for a boutique-sized Grade-A office building (Green Mark Gold Plus) located in the heart of Raffles Place. This unique role will primarily serve as the cornerstone of our property, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, agents, and visitors. Additionally, the individual will play a supporting role for other small commercial properties in the Central District.
