• Provide day to day supervision and support to their specific discipline to ensure safe, courteous and efficient service to the building\xe2\x80\x99s users.
• Be the Site Incident Controller for assigned property.
• Foster strong working relationship with clients, ensuring all clients request and expectations are met within stipulated timeframe and problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement processes and performance measures to ensure timely quality deliveries.
• Lead, co-ordinate and manage a team of executives and sub-contractors in execution of contractual facility management obligations to the Landlord.
• Provide technical support and attendance where necessary and act as an Authorised Person.
• Oversees the management of the Permit to Work systems, and health and safety management.
• Ensure all the site team and term contractors achieved the agreed service level and deliverables.
• All agreement and deliverables stated in this manual were complied with.
• Ensure that all members on site abide to the house rules where stipulated
• Any other duties assigned for the deliverables under a Building Manager.
