Responsibilities

Liaise with vendors and commercial/logistics team to ensure the delivery of supplies is on time
Handles issues pertaining to quotations, orders and invoices
Fulfill ship supplies\' queries
Update customers about the tracking and process flow of the ship supplies
Maintain and update supplier\'s database on various platform

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime or other relevant discipline
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Prior working in procurement or category management is a plus
