Abiraame Popular Jewellers (S) Pte Ltd, is a trusted shopping destination for Diamond,Gold and Silver jewellery by many in Singapore. we are reputed organization in Little India, serving Singaporeans for more than a decade.We do follow fair practice in recruiting staffs for our firm.We do have one showroom in 85, Serangoon Road.

We are young and growing company and hence, we are looking for people who are versatile in their work. Currently we are looking for BUSINESS ADMINSTRATION for our firm to take care of the accounts. He/She plays a crucial role in preparing and mainting accounts related activities. He/She would be responsible for:

• Provide administrative support to ensure the organization runs smoothly, such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts.
• Perform data entry,word processing,spreadsheet,database management, and other administrative tasks.
• Create and distribute materials for presentations, meetings and events.
• Organize and maintain records,files,and others.
• Maintain confidentiality of all business, financial and other sensitive information.
• Assist with maintaining the organization\'s calendar and meeting schedules .
• Assist with event planning.
• Perform all clerical and administrative functions, including preparing ivoices,office correspondence and reports using accounting software.
• Maintain and organoize corporate records and files, including personnel, legal,insurance and tax record.
• Plan and coordinate office functions, including staff meetings and events and office equipment maintaince.
• Manage supply inventory.
• Perform project management duties. Able to work on public holiday and must be flexible in timings as and when required.

Requirements

• Business Admin degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills, must be able to prioritise.
• Experience in Accounting industry is a bonus.
• Must have knowledge in jewellery products.
• Must have worked in jewellery retail & wholesale for atleast 10 years+
• Must have sound knowledge above all the departments in jewellery section.
• Good understanding about retail & wholesale jewellery. Strong stakeholder management and can work well across all teams
