The Company Set up to help local enterprises improve their capabilities, increase productivity and grow their business, the SME Centre@ASME is your partner in business upgrading. Services provided comprise of first tier business advisory, diagnostics and facilitating capability workshops for SMEs. Roles & Responsibilities This job role is required to provide business advisory service to SMEs so as to help them diagnose and identify problems, and followed by recommending areas for improvement, as part of SME development. . Helping SMEs to transform and improve their business management capabilities . Advising SMEs on our Government various assistance funding programs . Managing capability workshops to transfer business knowledge in SMEs . Driving group based upgrading project for SMEs under common solution (s) Requirements . Possess minimally a Diploma in any discipline . With at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in management consulting work, business development and corporate accounts servicing . Preferably have prior experience working with /or in SMEs . Have good analytical ability, possess good organizing skill and a good team player . Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening), comfortable with public speaking and able to conduct presentation (s) to group (s) . Have high sense of self management, resourceful and able to work independently . Being customer focused and with good self-initiative . Preferably able to commence work immediately or within short notice. . The selected candidate may be located at Satellite Centres (Woodlands/Jurong) or Headquarter (Jalan Bukit Merah) Salary: $2950 + Incentives = $3950 Working Timing: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
