Position: Intermediate Business AnalystWe are looking for someone who can be involved with different stakeholders, developers, quality analysts, project managers, and other company personnel.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Basic SQL
• Basic Understanding of API
• Knowledgeable in Brainstorming, Business Rules Analysis, Data Flow Diagram, Document Analysis, Estimation, Functional Decomposition, Lesson Learned Process, Non-functional Requirements Analysis, Observation, Problem Tracking, Process Modeling, Prototyping, Root Cause Analysis, Sequence Diagram, and State Diagrams
• Knowledgeable in Scenarios and Use Cases

COMPLEMENTARY COMPETENCIES

• Good interpersonal, written, oral, and communication skills
• Ability to make sound recommendation
• Ability to learn
• Excellent comprehension, analytical, and decision-making skills
• With keen attention to detail

KEY DUTIES

• Lead requirements gathering from stakeholders
• Documents requirements (BRD, State Diagrams, Process Flow, Prototype)
• Participate in determining the project activities and timeline
• Participate in task estimations with the developers
• Participates in requirements prioritization
• Manage change in requirements
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Analyze root cause of issue
• Translate business requirements to functional specification
• Break down development task
• Recommend implementations to the development team
• Assess database designs with the developers
• Provide customer support
• Participate in acceptance testing
• Assist the Project Manager in team management

• Temporarily due to COVID-19
