We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our tech company\'s growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and driving performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Application Developers to develop and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Collaborate with Application Developers to develop user stories and acceptance criteria
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and user experience
- Participate in agile product development processes, including sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives
- Develop and maintain project metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting and consolidation
- Experience in the big 4 is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
