Business Analyst (Junior to Senior Level)About the Job Looking for a Product/Business Analyst who will lead the analysis of client business requirements, assessing how the product(s) can address client requirements, and designing functional or product feature modifications to address client requirements. The Product/Business Analyst also acts as the product expert and lead product trainer.Responsibilities

• Handles discussion of client business requirement during data gathering process.
• Assesses how the product can meet the client business requirements.
• Responsible for communicating to clients, stakeholders, and development team the agreed implementation scope.
• Conduct of business workflow analysis.
• Prepare and/or update functional specification document and product user manual.
• Design mockup screens to wireframe the proposed application as a basis of providing better workflow and basis of user interface.
• Initiates the proper documentation of all the tasks for the project, using an online repository, Redmine.

• Analysis and preparation of tasks and subtasks, based on the requirements in the given sprint.
• Participates in the deployment by ensuring that the package to be deployed was properly coordinated between the deployment and development team to ensure the timely and accurate package has been deployed.
• Design UAT test cases that be used by the users.
• Participates in testing activities through functional testing and verifying and validating that the requirements had been met and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) before sign-off.
• Support the production versions of the application and cater to the issues encountered by the users and provide viable solutions that will solve the issue.
• Handle UAT training / walkthrough.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of experience specializing in computer software development or equivalent with the last 4 years as product or business analyst.
• Experience in banking and payment applications is an advantage.
