Job Summary:
Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling of project activities including documentation requirements based on corporate Project Management Standards;
Meets with end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals;
Assists with or leads the gathering and documentation of high-level and detailed business and functional requirements;
Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems;
Defines the business architecture and create system design proposals
Plans and executes quality assurance testing and coordinates user acceptance test activities
Reviews project management documentation (issues, changes, and risks) and provide feedback;
Documents the results of the analysis in an appropriate format including business rules, workflow descriptions, data definitions, test plans and test cases;
Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas
Collaborates in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
Performs cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions
Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support
Creates and facilitates training programs to end users for all modified and new systems
Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university with major course in Computer Science/B.S. Math/Engineering or any related course.
With at least 2 -3 year's work experience in the same or related position or industry
