Job Summary:

• Planning, Monitoring, and Controlling of project activities including documentation requirements based on corporate Project Management Standards;
• Meets with end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals;
• Assists with or leads the gathering and documentation of high-level and detailed business and functional requirements;
• Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems;
• Defines the business architecture and create system design proposals
• Plans and executes quality assurance testing and coordinates user acceptance test activities
• Reviews project management documentation (issues, changes, and risks) and provide feedback;
• Documents the results of the analysis in an appropriate format including business rules, workflow descriptions, data definitions, test plans and test cases;
• Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas
• Collaborates in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications
• Performs cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions
• Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support
• Creates and facilitates training programs to end users for all modified and new systems
• Performs other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable college or university with major course in Computer Science/B.S. Math/Engineering or any related course.
• With at least 2 -3 year's work experience in the same or related position or industry
