Responsibilities

• Engages users to understand the business processes and requirements, information technology requirements, procedures or problems according to business needs. He/she acts as a liaison between users and technical staff to address questions and issues. He/She possesses an analytical mind, and is able to see interconnections with system solutions and usability
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify business needs
• Document needs and objectives, current operational procedures, issues
• Develop detailed functional requirement documents
• Prioritise requests from multiple sources
• Propose prioritisation of user requests
• Support the development of business cases defining potential benefits, solutions to increase efficiencies of business processes and associated risks
• Work with Solution Architect to identify feasible solution to the functional requirements
• Align solutions with the needs of the users
• Develop documentation and guides for the use of new or enhanced systems
• Function as the liaison between users and technical staff throughout the solution
• Liaise with QA team to develop test plans and test cases
• Prepare test data to satisfy user acceptance test scenarios
• Document test evidence of expected results or defects
• Follow up to clear test defects and secure user acceptance sign-offs
• Support planning of project timelines and resources needed

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems/ Technology or equivalent
• Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• Has good understanding of UML and Scrum methodology
• Team player with strong oragnisation and people handling skills
• Ability to draw diagrams (e.g. Use Cases, Work flows) using non-standard tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint)
• Has positive attitude toward working, learning new knowledge and willing to take up ad hoc tasks assigned by the team

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
