Your role

Are you looking for a role that would drive genuine digital transformation by convergence of knowledge of banking experts and emerging technologies?
We are searching for a Transformation Business Analyst who:

• Evaluate existing manual processes and help in accelerated implementation of GWM's Digital strategy while demonstrating understanding and commitment to our highly professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Identify, capture, and document business requirements and process using Agile Methodology
• Coordinate with IT for implementation of business and technical requirements. Articulate the business requirements to facilitate scoping of new customer journeys and enable strong cross-functional adoption and expansion.
• Develop good understanding of Operational Risk controls and ensure adherence of regulatory guidelines, industry standards and UBS policies.
• Explain technical concepts in a way that can be easily absorbed by non-technical users.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing and coordinate with IT to ensure that all defects are fixed in a timely manner.
• Assist in deducing insights and creating intuitive reports to highlight specific delivery outcomes and provide visibility on team operations and project health.
• Provide onboarding, enablement, and consultative guidance to support rapid deployment and adoption of new solutions.

Your team
You will be working out of Singapore for Global Wealth Management Middle Office Transformation team. This team is responsible for delivering Lighthouse Automation projects for GWM APAC in coordination with various other globally aligned Digital Transformation Teams.

Your expertise

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment, with sound understanding of operational processes in the financial services industry
• A prior Agile experience in banking domain or fintech industry would be a plus.
• Knowledge of process analysis, design, testing methods and software development lifecycle
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to conduct requirement workshops and training sessions
• Strive for solving business problems to unlock value within shortest possible time. Shall focus on the results being achieved, not just the tasks completed.
• Strong communication, dialogue building & Q&A skills with fluency in English.
