Responsibilities

• Transform business needs into epic/user story and work with technical team to drive toward delivery.
• Part of a scrum team and he/she will lead the sprint planning session by providing business goals and priorities.
• Align immediate business needs to longer term strategy system roadmap by working closely cross workstreams.
• Partner closely with QA testers and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Forge strong working relationship with business stakeholders to handle their new requests, operation issues or queries.

• Bachelors’ degree or higher in Computer Science or appropriate field of study.
• Minimum 4 years of business analyst experience required.
• Knowledge or working experience with CTRM vendors is preferred though not mandatory.
• Knowledge or working experience in scrum delivery team is required.
• Having human centered design or design thinking experience will be a plus.
