Our company is a pioneer in socially responsible Tilapia aquaculture and our vision is to feed the world with sustainably produced Regal Springs Naturally Better Tilapia.About the RoleBusiness Controlling team works in tandem with management to achieve better performance results, improve profitability, relieve stress on COGS and margins.Reporting to the Group Business Controller, you will ensure timely, complete, and accurate business reporting and financial forecast to the Regal Springs Group, including the managing of risks and opportunities. You will also engage with Country Business Controlling team and Operations Management to steer company to deliver against the annual targets.: . Deliver complete, accurate and timely monthly financial reports and analysis across key areas such as Sales, Operations (Aquaculture) and key cost driver analysis. . Business partnering with management to present results with insightful commentary on current and forecasted performance. . Identify drivers of performance and raise awareness of these in the business. . Consolidate and ensure accuracy of financial forecast . Support Group Business Controller in Annual Financial Planning Cycle . Prepare New Product Launch proposals and drive Cost Improvement Initiatives. . Support the capital budgeting and expenditure process. . Standardize and improve the business controlling process and drive best practices . Co-ordinates update of local Business Intelligence toolsRequirement: . Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. CPA is advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in country and regional financial analysis.. Experience in business partnering with sales and manufacturing. Experience in business partnering for Aquaculture or Agriculture operations is an advantage.. Possess advanced Excel skills and you can develop business controlling tools from scratch based on existing systems. Working knowledge in SAP/ERP system and Power BI.. Have superb analytic skills and able to digest complex technical data with ease. Knows all about information flows and can work with IT teams to structure the flow of information to achieve a desired output.. Excellent communicator and ability to create networks.. Ability to work independently and possesses strong sense of responsibility and ownership..
