• Build and co-lead a structured requirement gathering process to assess clients’ needs and identify their business priorities
• Gather, analyse and evaluate user requirements for functional specifications with stakeholders and recommend solutions for implementation
• Assist in product research of potential new or enhancement of existing product features
• Establish strong collaborations with both internal and external project stakeholders to provide solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Conduct market analysis and identify new business niches
• Be a subject matter expert in the product flow and system
• Plan, manage and execute product and systems implementations (e.g. UAT, SIT, live production) to ensure smooth deployment
• Be the key communication bridge between business, product and tech teams and in ensuring Service Level is met
• Provide business and system support to users, answering queries and issue resolution

Job Requirement

• 5 years of work experience in maritime and/or supply chain sector with a proven track record for driving digitalisation in the industry
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure
• Self-motivated and driven
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Action-oriented with strong business and maritime industry knowledge paired with an ability to “see the big picture” to identify the dependencies, plus the upstream and downstream impact of process enhancement.
• Comfortable and able to create and deliver clear and concise presentations and demonstrations of solution
• Effective mapping of customers’ system and technical requirements to existing business solutions
• Prior experience and exposure to API, data platforms implementation
• Data analysis, computer and software fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Java, SQL, Python
