Job Description
Responsibilities*
- Support the development and implementation of effective governance and controls for timely and appropriate management information for TTO.
- Define, manage, and review the approval of contract extensions.
- Review and report on TTO Non-Employed Worker end-dates in a meaningful way
- Work with line managers and BPM's in TTO to ensure that the extensions of NEW's are actioned
- Support and streamline Position Management processes including the hiring approval process.
- Responsible for writing and publishing process guidelines on headcount control.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
1. Excellent MS Excel skills.
2. Attention to detail, hardworking etc.
3. Min. 2 years of BA experience and handled data -- non negotiable
4. Senior Stakeholder management
