Job Description


We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product\xe2\x80\x99s features.

Responsibility :

1) Developing the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy for using technological resources
2) Ensuring technologies and marketing pipelines are used efficiently and profitably
3) Evaluating and implementing new campaigns for our marketing and Growth related Strategies.
4) Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage in sales and marketing.
5) Work with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production, balancing the long-term and immediate needs
6) Create strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.
7) Working closely with Finance Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
8) Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with our Organisation\'s overall strategic plan.
9) Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
10) Work directly with project managers, designers, social media, and content teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns
11) Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders
12) The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions
13) Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organisation can operate more effectively.
14) Exploring how the organisation is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data
15) Proposing solutions to an organisation\xe2\x80\x99s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress

Skills :
1) Experience with technology relative to educational technology AI analytics , Business Analytics, Marketing strategies like Phrasee, SEMrush, Smartwriter.ai.
2) Demonstrated excellence in managing technology, compliance, and data security.
3) Knowledge in Social media marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing.
4) Skills in Advanced Data Analytics Sales data and managing Customer data , Competitor analyses, Market research , Product data.
5) Attribution Modeling including Content marketing, Twitter ads, Advertising campaigns and paid search, Google Ads, meta ads, Email campaigns.
6) Market Research Skills including Analyzing competitor tactics, Analyzing marketing tools
7) Determining product-market fit for a new product or service, Analyzing customer journey data, Developing new ways to analyze marketing results.
8) Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
9) Ability to work with data from various different channels but also have a specialty such as earned media analytics, owned media analytics, or paid media analytics.
10) Use predictive analytics and our statistics skill set to make predictions about the future of our business. This can be done by using predictive modeling.
