Partner platform product owners in end-to-end journeys, facilitate stakeholders through the 4D (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver) methodology and co-create future states from digital, process and policy points of views
Deep dive into business and employee needs to establish clarity on the problems and opportunities outlined by the journeys.
Understand our business processes, policies, and tools of our IBG landscape
Work within a cross-functional team to drive the end-to-end solution and implementation in Agile sprints (definition & refinement of user stories, screen design with the UX team, definition of user acceptance criteria, in-sprint testing, etc.)
Develop work plans and collaborate widely, across business and technology, to build and implement the solutions
Coordinate in-sprint testing and/or User Acceptance Testing
Establish a constructive feedback loop with the employees to continuously optimise and improve our solutions

At least 5 years of working experience in, preferably on business transformation projects, or equivalent \xe2\x80\x9cchange the organisation\xe2\x80\x9d roles
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Self-driven, self-motivated, team player, with strong ability to multi-task
Meticulous, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a time-critical environment
Experience with corporate banking and/or digital innovation projects is preferred but not necessary
