Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Responsibilities:

• Identify marketing insights, challenges and opportunities
• Oversee and manage all marketing platforms to ensure that they are aligned to our company’s vision & ROI
• Improve marketing and branding strategies with regular rectification
• Evaluate emerging trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
• Create and manage chatbots for all social media platforms
• Develop marketing campaigns across offline, digital and social media platforms and more marketing collaterals.
• Organise marketing campaigns and assess effectiveness of public relations communication programmes.
• Identify and develop relationships with bloggers and influencers. Review and handle comments on social media platforms.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Managing company social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and online platforms, branding & PR.
• Manage and maintain company websites and E-commerce
• Create fun and engaging content with words and graphics POSM (point of sales materials) to aid the sales team in achieving the company’s KPI
• Support the development of presentation material packages for internal and external communications.
• Generate and review on active marketing campaigns to raise awareness
• Lead generation
• Coordinating photo and video shoots
• Host weekly marketing huddles with the management team
• Lead ideation and brainstorming session
• Editorial postings on social medias
• Daily reporting on activity and results

• Support the Manager in producing materials for business development (including pitches, capability statements, client presentations) in accordance with brand guidelines
• Support the implementation of strategic business development plan and the various sector groups
• Update and maintain the deals list and pitch tracker across Asia
• Support Manager in the rollout of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in Singapore and manage our email campaigns
• Facilitate and set up client webinars and virtual roundtables
• Conduct background research on key industries and potential clients.
