Kawantek Technologies serves as an expansion of the existing business Primatek and Nutek based in Indonesia with the aim to grow its presence and activities in the region. Kawantek will be the established regional hub for textile related services and products. Kawantek is an agent for textile-related activities including machinery, innovations, services and waste water management systems. Connecting East and West, Kawantek\'s primarily business activities is to connect European textile related manufacturers/providers with Asian buyers in this field. A key emphasis and priority is placed on working with sustainable/environmental engineering companies such as waste water management system providers and to implement their services in textile factories/facilities in Asia. . Join us as a Business Development and Marketing Director, you get to develop and build your own arena of clients to promote your end-to-end and wide variety of technologies and solutions. Key responsibilities

• Find and develop sales leads actively and creatively
• Attending targeted networking event and conferences to develop and build new business relationship
• Actively hunt for business opportunities
• Develop local business plan and grow local presence across all offerings
• Develop account business plans on a regional scale
• Support the overall customer experience and define regional value proposition
• Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance
• Position Kawantek for access to the right stakeholders, influencers and decision makers throughout the customer organisation
• Define and implement marketing strategy to increase exposure in Singapore and in the region
• Develop media strategy plan (including social media, PR, working with agencies, and other marketing activities)
• Work with local communications agencies for the development of relevant marketing material (website, presentation documents, and other marketing assets and collateral)

• Experience and knowledge in the textile industry and landscape in Southeast Asia
• Experience and knowledge in a European related organisation/business context
• Strong understanding of customer journey and ability to identify and solve pain-points of different customers
• Energetic, ambitious, with grit to overcome challenges and win deals
• Regional experience in marketing lead, team-work, and collaboration is a must
• Proven track record of successful marketing plan development and implementation
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in senior business development and marketing roles for a global company is advantageous
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experiences
• Knowledge or Bahasa Indonesia and other languages relevant in the industry is advantageous
