Business Development Manager ($4500 $6500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify and manage the acquisition and development of new business leads;
- Build rapport and maintain close relations with clients, suppliers, contractors and real estate agents through a mix of marketing channels, including but not limited to: networking, presentations, cold-calling, follow-ups etc;
- Ensure excellent service standards are consistent throughout the business cycle through pro-active needs and requirements identification, prompt follow ups and actions on client\'s feedback;
- Communicate with clients to identify needs and work with team members to improve current services;
- Work closely with other team members to strategise, prepare and ensure the completeness of collaterals, fee proposals, presentation kits, business proposals, tender submissions and clarifications;
- Coordinate with other regional BD when needed;
- Ensure that CRM is updated regularly;
- Regularly keep track of industry news and develop an understanding of the competition in the market.
- Min. Diploma in business administration, marketing or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
