Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and driven
Business Development Manager
to accelerate growth and expand market reach in the
industrial automation and packaging
space.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong B2B sales experience and a passion for solution-driven business development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business across key industries:
manufacturing, logistics, food & beverage, and e-commerce
Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships through consultative selling
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customized solutions
Manage the full sales cycle -- from prospecting to deal closure
Track industry trends and identify emerging business opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in
Business, Engineering, or related discipline
? Minimum
5 years of B2B sales or business development
experience in
industrial, automation, or packaging sectors
? Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
? Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
? Willingness to travel regionally when required
