The role





Splyt has a talented leadership team who are now on the hunt for an experienced business development lead based in Singapore to help support and drive our partnerships with both demand and supply partners. This individual will be a vital part of growing existing and building new partnerships to support our core and expanded objectives across the globe. As part of our team, you will evangelise Splyt's mission, culture, and values whilst being hands on in building the world's leading global network.

What you'll be doing




Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients Participate in and lead collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople

Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's

products or services
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritises growth and

positive customer ratings
Maintain positive professional relationships with clients

Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue

Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met Track all business-related invoices

Who we are looking for




Minimum 4 years' experience of managing complex and global B2B relationships

Proficiency in business mandarin for the purpose of liaising with Chinese partners

Good sense in numbers and data will be an added advantage

A proactive and can-do attitude with proven experience of taking on challenges

Proven record of sales growth

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment that requires both leadership and a

desire to drive impact and change
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field (experience in the

ride hailing or food delivery industry is a bonus)
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques

Exceptional project management skills

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential

Experience in managing sales or marketing teams

Sharp negotiation and networking skills

Organisational skills

Problem-solving skills

Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
