Business Development Manager

to lead the administrative and operational functions of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, collections, and reporting. Coordinate the preparation of Request for Proposals (RSP), pitches, proposals, and client presentations. Collect and maintain the Firm's representative experience and update the experience database. Conduct research on prospective clients, existing clients, and industry trends. Assist with client events, webinars, and other business development initiatives. Ensure IT systems and infrastructure support the firm's operations effectively. Support special projects as required by the Partners. Manage the firm's social media accounts and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organization and project management skills. Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills. Willing to travel from time to time.
