Job Description

What you will be doing: You will be responsible for overall Client journey experience from sales pitch, negotiation, onboarding, execution of facility documentation to servicing of the financial needs and request of the Clients. You will ensure the success of the Clients by proactively managing the Client\xe2\x80\x99s Factoring Facilities, attending swiftly to their requests and constantly suggesting ways to improve Client experience through technology-driven process and bespoke product structure.

• Developing the new business to grow the supply chain financing portfolio of the company
• Owning Client relationships from onboarding (facility approval, to execution of Facility Documentation and Account Implementation).
• Servicing and taking care of Client day to day financial request and queries
• Providing regular feedback to management team on ways to improve Client experience, processes and product structure
• Maintaining a highly collaborative, positive, & synergistic relationship with the Client and with internal teams to ensure quality solution delivery and support.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor\'s degree or a Diploma preferably in Business or Banking & Finance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development roles
• Experience in financial services such as Factoring, Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance would be an added advantage
• Proven track record of working in a client facing role, in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Strong team, networking and relationship building skills
• Highly organised, collaborative and detailed oriented
• Strong presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
