Purchases of targeted customers' groceries, spices, fresh vegetables, and inventory by researching emerging product markets anticipating buyer interest negotiating volume price breaks placing and expediting orders verifying receipt. The targeted customer group shall be of various ethnic groups living in Singapore. Attracts customers by originating display ideas following display suggestions or schedules constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on the sales floor. Developing the existing business operations through various strategies like SWOT analysis, just in time, identifying business opportunities, etc., Promotes Indian groceries products consumed by various ethnic groups and immigrant communities (Spices, Groceries, vegetables, and cosmetics) by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. Look into wholesale various Indian products and make dealership arrangements with various clients in India to regular import arrangements. Frequently visit various countries to find a new product to bring to the Singapore market to expand the business. Helps customers by providing information answering questions obtaining merchandise requested, completing payment transactions, and preparing merchandise for delivery. Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information, identifying, and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions. Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes, and determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals. Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels, and anticipating customer demand. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores, and gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
