Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our banking business partners on the execution and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives across various Bank\'s sales channels
• Ensure that the targeted Gross Written Premium (GWP) of the Banca channels are achieved as planned including profitability KPI
• Develop new products for the Banca channel based on customer preferences and data based insights, ensuring timely product launch and successful end to end implementation
• Track marketing and/sales campaigns closely with agreed key indicators for success, and to develop action plans to deliver benchmark targets
• Prepare and present management reports for Consumer Banking
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company;
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices; and
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Our Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent qualifications;
• At least 5 years of business development experience in the general insurance space
• Experience in servicing Bancassurance channel will be an added advantage
• Some experience in partnership management, and hands on sales and marketing campaign management;
• Good understanding of digital marketing, building robust online sales strategy;
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary
