Overview DT One is currently seeking a Business Development manager, APAC concentrating on PSP (Payment Service Providers) & MTO (Money transfer operators - fiat & crypto based) with experience supporting a global company. Location is flexible within the APAC region. Having a direct reporting line to the Business Development Lead APAC, this role will be responsible for hunting for new clients as a single contributor across APAC with specific focus on PSP & MTO (fiat & crypto based). The hire will need to be target driven and have a passion and ownership to deliver numbers.
Key Role Responsibilities

  • Contribute towards the overall sales and business development plan to increase adoption of DT One products & services.
  • Key focus on accelerating transaction volumes & gross margin across the defined industry verticals.
  • Developing sales strategies using your local market expertise to maximize go-to-market resources and execute against relevant opportunities.
  • Responsible for managing relationships to ensure buy in of stakeholders across the following key industry verticals PSP (Payment Service Providers) & MTO (Money transfer operators - fiat & crypto based).
  • Hands on management of the end to end sales cycle, including lead generation, managing live accounts and working closely with C suites within digital, fintech, retail players to close deals.
  • Ensure excellent communication and internal coordination to roll-out new services taking into factors of market specificity (regulation, competition etc.).
  • Full ownership of customer requests and exploring new opportunities to add value.
  • Attend trade shows, follow up on leads, follow up in sales process and increase the reputation of the company.
  • Ensure account retention, contractual health, well-being and maximum satisfaction of clients.

Essential Experience
  • 3 – 5 years of sales experience with proven track record in delivering new business.
  • Experience working in, selling or having business relationship with PSP (Payment Service Providers) & MTO (Money transfer operators - fiat & crypto based), or payment team in global company.
  • Have passion in the Crypto industry, Crypto native is beneficial.
  • Experience interacting and negotiating with C level decision makers.
  • Strong balance of both strategic planning and active hands on approach is a must. This will be a hands-on role with deep involvement in execution, leading from the front.
  • Must possess a "can-do", entrepreneurial drive, focusing on solving problems creatively with a high level of energy in a fast paced, global, complex and geographically diverse company.
  • Strong organization skills, management of priorities and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to influence and build credibility across all levels hence building collaborative relationships. Good story-teller is a plus for this role.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Proficient in CRM, Excel and PowerPoint.
