We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth.

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the finance sector. This role is centered around market research, strategy development, and internal collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new leads and partnerships within the finance industry. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and referral sources. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to support business growth initiatives. Track and report on business development metrics and progress toward goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development or sales support within the finance industry Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial products and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and partner collaboration. Ability to work independently, manage projects, and coordinate with multiple teams. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree preferred.
