What You'll Be Doing:

Track Progress:

Monitor business metrics to ensure we're hitting our goals and pushing boundaries.

What You Bring:

Experience in

business development

or

sales

--bonus if it's in finance or a related field. Strong

analytical

skills and an understanding of

financial products

and trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills--whether you're working with teams internally or building partnerships externally. Ability to

work independently

and manage multiple projects with a growth mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (tech-savvy is a plus). A

Bachelor's degree

is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
