Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Lead efforts in discovering new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the finance industry.

Market Insights:

Conduct research on market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute impactful campaigns.

Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with industry leaders and partners to establish long-term collaborations.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and deliver reports on business performance, proposals, and progress to ensure alignment across teams.

Goal Tracking:

Continuously monitor key performance indicators to assess success and drive growth.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in business development or sales (finance or related fields is a plus). Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of financial products and market trends. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, both with internal teams and external partners. Independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects with a focus on growth. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (tech-savviness is a plus). A Bachelor's degree is advantageous, but not essential.
