Identify potential new customers and manage the sales pipeline
Analyze market competition and market trends to gather insights on possible opportunities in the market
Compile and present industry trends and data on a quarterly basis to develop and implement annual strategic sales plan
Manage new sales activities to maximize revenue opportunity
Prepare and manage all documentations required for requests for proposals (RFPs)
Present and negotiate to win and manage within approved plans and budgets
Partner with Operations to manage client relations and new outlets opening
Collaborate the activities between business development and marketing teams to develop campaign for new and existing customers
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales & marketing
Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities
Effective interpersonal, negotiation and excellent presentation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
