This role is responsible in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.





Specific Responsibilities





1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with local enterprises requiring manpower solutions.


2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.


3. Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.


4. Present the company's services in a professional and persuasive manner. 5.Build and manage partnerships with overseas employment agencies.


6. Coordinate with overseas partners to source suitable candidates for various industries. 7. Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and shortlisted candidates.


8. Provide support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.


9. Assist in securing relevant work visas, permits, and documentation for foreign workers.


10. Coordinate arrival logistics, accommodation, and orientation for new hires.


11. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all hiring and settlement processes.
