Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate leads. Prepare proposals, tenders, and quotations in coordination with the estimation and project teams. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the company professionally. * Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management, and finance) to ensure successful project delivery.
