Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Your key duties include:


Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company growth objectives. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential areas of expansion. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention. * Manage and mentor junior team members, where applicable.
