Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in aesthetics, healthcare, and wellness sectors.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitors to position the clinic's services effectively.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Prepare business performance reports, sales forecasts, and strategic proposals for management.
Lead, motivate, and train sales consultants to achieve KPIs and ensure excellent client experience.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in
business development, sales, or healthcare/aesthetics industry
preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently, with high initiative and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus to liaise with diverse clientele.
