About the Role

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial

Business Development Manager

to spearhead our company's growth in the renovation and construction industry. This role goes beyond traditional sales - you'll be directly involved in identifying opportunities, securing projects, and shaping the company's expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and secure projects in

interior renovation, fit-out, and construction sectors

. Manage

client relationships, negotiations, and contract discussions

. Prepare and present

sales proposals, tenders, and quotations

(GeBIZ, BCI, Tender Board exposure is a plus). Collaborate with project teams to ensure proposals align with costing, timelines, and technical feasibility. Track market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities. Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business development strategy.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction, or related field. At least

2-4 years of sales or business development experience

(preferably in renovation or construction). Familiarity with

GeBIZ, BCI, and Tender Board platforms

is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. Entrepreneurial mindset - self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused.

Own transport

preferred (for client meetings and site visits).

Remuneration Package

Basic Salary:

S$3,000 - S$3,800 per month (depending on experience).

Profit Sharing:

Up to

10% of net profit

on projects you secure, payable upon project completion and collection. * Additional incentives for achieving sales milestones.
