Business Development Manager

to join our growing team and drive revenue growth through new partnerships and market opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, especially in the insurance, TPA, and banking sectors. Develop and execute strategic plans that align with company goals and drive long-term success. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to align business efforts with product capabilities. Track market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and refine go-to-market strategies. Represent Care at industry events, meetings, and partner engagements. Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations to potential clients. Report regularly to senior leadership on pipeline progress and strategic insights.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-lean startup environment. A true team player who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in business development, preferably in healthtech, fintech, insurance, or a related space. Comfortable understanding and discussing tech-based products and services. Prior experience working with or selling into insurance, TPA, or banking channels is a big plus.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

Building meaningful partnerships and closing

at least 2 deals

within your first 6-12 months. Creating and executing scalable strategies that support both short-term wins and long-term growth. Thriving in an environment that values creativity, accountability, and agility.
