Actively identify and engage potential clients and partnership opportunities
Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and CRM platforms
Design and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new accounts
Build and strengthen relationships to drive business growth
Guide prospects through the sales process, addressing their logistics needs and fostering strong connections
Negotiate and finalize deals in line with company objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Apply analytical thinking to sales strategies for successful project outcomes
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree on Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 3 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong knowledge of air, ocean and land freight solutions
