Job Description

Responsibilities


Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial, industrial clients. Develop and implement short- and long-term business development strategies in line with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as property developers, REITs, and managing agents. Source, qualify, and follow up on leads through tenders, networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms. Grow the client pipeline across IFM services, including cleaning, security, M&E (mechanical & electrical), landscaping, and pest control. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Lead and coordinate tender submissions for both public and private sector projects. Work closely with operations, technical, pricing, and compliance teams to prepare competitive bids. Ensure tender submissions meet all technical, commercial, and administrative requirements. * Carry out market research to monitor competitors, pricing, industry trends, and new technologies in the FM sector.
