Job Description

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve market position and revenue goals for construction sector.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Research market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities, gaps in the market, and potential new products or services.

Client & Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, business partners, and stakeholders.

Sales & Negotiation:

Lead the development of marketing and sales strategies, negotiate and close business deals, and communicate new product developments to clients within the construction framework.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Prepare reports, analyze sales figures, and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. *

Service Feedback:

Provide market feedback to internal teams on product development and identify areas for product improvement.
