The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the end-to-end business development process. The role involves strategic planning, client acquisition, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue and profitability targets.





Key Roles and Responsibilities



Ensuring company's growth objectives are attained, articulating new business development opportunities and identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with technical partners in line with corporate goals. Develop and articulate a comprehensive tactical business development plan to accomplish the organization's business goal. Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities and feasibility reports supporting growth based on intelligence. Lead the formulation, execution and monitoring of company's business development, market penetration strategies and plans for enhancing business growth. Any other adhoc duties by the Management



Qualifications and requirements





Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing Management, or a related field. Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Experience with distribution channel management is a significant plus. Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics and customer needs. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
