We are looking a proactive

Business Development Manager

to spearhead client acquisition, manage key accounts, and lead a team of new Business . The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand our client presence and ensure company success.





Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Build and nurture a robust pipeline of potential clients. Team & Account Management Manage and mentor to get new Business, assigning leads and tracking performance. Grow and retain an assigned client base, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Monitor industry trends and competitive Conduct business analysis and process improvements using industry best practices. Strategic Partnerships Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate client records and daily updates as per company policies. Track and report on activities, KPIs, and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills



Essential:



Bachelor's degree in

any

field. Proven experience in

business development & management

Self-driven, adaptable, and resilient in a high-pressure environment. * Minimum 5 years experience
