Inspire and mentor the admin and all team to align with business goals.
Report directly to The Director with monthly performance dashboards and strategic inputs.
Requirements
Bachelor's
in any related field.
8 years
of proven experience in business development, preferably in Pharmaceuticals industries.
A track record of achieving aggressive growth targets and launching new initiatives.
Excellent command of
Microsoft Office Suite
, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
