Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, including cold calls, client visits, and networking. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while continuously expanding the customer base. Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, leveraging existing relationships to generate new revenue streams. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

Prior experience in

freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)

is essential. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing an active client portfolio. Possess a strong

hunter mentality

, with a demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong business acumen and ability to understand logistics and supply chain solutions.
