Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and industrial cleaning sectors.
Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals including bid management
Maintain up-to-date content for future use.
Collaborate with internal department to gather technical, financial, and operational information.
Collaborate with the operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with business heads to achieve revenue , sales targets and profits.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain good rapport with existing clientele and secure repeat business
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role (preferably in the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry).
Good understanding of tender management systems.
Strong client relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
