Business Development Manager

KPW Singapore Pte Ltd Is A Process Mechanical Contractor, Piping And Equipment Installation, Working In Refinery, Chemical And Pharmaceutical Plants Primarily In Jurong Island, Tuas View and Pulau Bukom.





Type of Works
1. Mechanical Construction/Fabrication Works, I.E., Piping, Steel Structure, Equipment Installation.


2. Fire Proofing Works


3. Projects Are Mainly Field Works In Refinery/Gas/Process/Chemical Plant/Food Processing Plants.

CRITERIA

Marketing Determining and implementing policies and making decisions Preparing and filing statutory documents with the Companies Office or other agencies Calling meetings, including an annual meeting of shareholders maintaining and keeping records Binding the company to contracts with suppliers, lenders and others dealing with the company. Company Financial Accounts and Profit and Loss Good working experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/ISO 18001/UNIN 581700_2004_EEN / API 620-650-652-653/ASME/ASME V /ASME VIII/ASMEIV/ API 1104 / 1107 / 1110 / API5L / WPS / QA&QC / NDT / DPI/BST/RT Graduate Mechanical Engineers With Minimum 18 Years Relevant Field Experience. Design, Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") Responsible for Profit and Loss and Related Financial Matters Comprehend Extensively Fundamental Technical And Engineering Knowledge Work Independently And Can Work In Singapore Master Premavera P6, Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Incl Excel And Words. With Knowledge Of Access Is An Advantage Able To Write JSRA and Method Statement Reading, Speaking And Writing In English Hardworking, Fast Learner, Mobile And Able To Work Long Hours/Public Holidays (OT Compensated)To Ensure Timely Completion Of Tasks Team Worker, Mature, Meticulous, Pro-Active Work Attitude & Work Independent Energetic & Result Orientated Multi Tasks And Duties Willing To Travel And Work Overseas Sub scope + Responsible in developing detailed work plan, activities and tasks for process plant and shutdown maintenance work
+ Prepare schedule using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and incorporate in master plan of client
+ Identify resource needs for manpower, materials and equipment
+ Implement project controls and monitor progress of work
+ Highlight to project team on issues causing delays to project completion;
+ To do planning for FOP and MOC works
+ To liaise with clients regarding site issues
