Develop strategies and implement activity plans to increase user retention and conversion rates.
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business across categories offered
Use value-based selling to effectively manage all aspects of a complex sales cycle
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree Holder
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
Passion for Sales
