Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients, including corporate accounts, event organizers, and other travel agents.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, partners (e.g., hotels, Tickets wholesalers, Transportor), and stakeholders to ensure sustainable growth and client retention.
Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and company growth objectives.
Prepare customized business proposals and presentations for potential clients, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
Maintain updated and in-depth knowledge of all company products, services, promotions, and technologies, as well as general knowledge of the broader travel industry.
Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
* Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand the professional network.
